The Second Tolkien Tower

Posted by P J W Miller (Chase Terrace, United Kingdom) on 24 April 2009 in Architecture and Portfolio.

This is the supposed second tower of the two towers (Minas Tirith) in Waterworks Road at the heart of Edgbaston Birmingham, one of England's largest and busiest cities, it is part of a water works built in 1870 adjacent to the first tower (Perrots Folly)
